Industry Peer Groups
A structured monthly programme for business owners who want clarity, accountability, and real progress.
You Should Not Have
to Figure It All Out Alone
Running your own business means carrying the weight of every decision yourself. You manage people, finances, clients, operations, and strategy, often at the same time ,and almost always without a sounding board.
This is not a skills gap. It is a support gap, and it is one that Good Company Consulting is built to address.
The Good Company Industry Peer Group Programme brings together business owners from the same sector, but from different regions across the UK, in a structured monthly group designed to deliver clarity, accountability, and real progress.

Each two-hour monthly session follows a proven format designed to ensure every member leaves with practical next steps, not just inspiration.

Hot-seat problem solving: One or two members bring a live business challenge and the group applies collective experience to find solutions.
-
Shared learning: A short discussion on a topic relevant to running a business in the sector.
-
Commit to next steps: Every member leaves with a specific, stated action to take before the next session.

What Members Gain
Participants regularly describe transformational shifts, not just in their businesses, but in how they feel about running them.

Clearer business priorities: Cutting through the noise to focus on what actually moves the needle.

Genuine accountability: From peers who know your situation and will ask the hard questions.
Fresh perspectives: On pricing, staffing, client experience, and growth strategy from owners across the UK.

Shared industry knowledge: From peers who face the same market conditions, supplier relationships, and seasonal pressures.

Confidence: The quiet, grounded confidence that comes from knowing you are not doing this alone.
“Fran knows exactly which questions to ask to establish what is working well and which areas can be improved within my business to ensure a smoother and more profitable way forward.”
